Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on international commercial law, including contract structuring, equity arrangements, and compliance

- Offer guidance on international tax, import/export regulations, and data protection
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Law; bar qualification is preferred

Trade Compliance Officer
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and implement import/export regulations across various countries to ensure compliance
- Manage matters related to certificates of origin, trade barriers, and export controls
- Participate in internal audits and compliance training; establish compliance processes and policies
- Monitor and assess risks in customs clearance and trade operations; provide improvement suggestions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Law, or Logistics Management
- At least 3 years of experience in trade compliance; knowledge of WTO, customs regimes, and export control regulations
- Strong ability to interpret regulations and identify risks
- Proficient in English with strong communication and reporting skills
Customs Clearance Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Handle customs clearance procedures across different countries; prepare and verify required documentation
- Coordinate with customs authorities, logistics providers, and suppliers
- Resolve issues and delays during the customs clearance process
- Stay updated on customs regulations and optimize clearance efficiency and cost
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or above in International Logistics, Customs Brokerage, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of customs clearance experience; familiarity with major countries’ regulations
- Customs broker certification is a plus
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong coordination and communication skills
Client Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships; regularly communicate to understand client needs
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage client records and track satisfaction and feedback
- Support sales team in client conversion and contract renewals
