Luca Esposito is an Italian CPA with over 20 years of experience in international corporate consulting, cross-border investment, and global market expansion.His career spans Italy, the UK, Singapore, and the UAE, where he has held senior management positions at various international consulting firms and family-owned businesses. Since founding TradeNova Solutions in 2016, he has led its global expansion across Singapore, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and the Indo-Pacific, providing integrated cross-border investment, legal compliance, and wealth management services to businesses and high-net-worth clients.

Mariam Al-Zahiri has over 15 years of experience in free zone investments and offshore corporate structuring in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. He has extensive experience serving Middle Eastern family businesses and European multinational corporations expanding into the Middle East. Mariam specializes in free zone investments, cross-border tax optimization, and wealth transfer for Muslim families. He joined TradeNova in 2016 and is responsible for client development and family office solutions in the Middle East.

Director of Cross-Border Investments

Sienna Tan, a Singapore CPA, has held manager and advisory positions at Big Four accounting firms and regional investment banks, and has been involved in numerous FDI projects in Singapore, China, and ASEAN countries. She specializes in company formation, investment structuring, outbound M&A, financial and tax due diligence, and international tax planning. Sienna joined TradeNova in 2018 and leads the cross-border investment and project management team in the Indo-Pacific region.

Chief Legal Officer

Alessio Ferretti is a registered Italian lawyer with over 15 years of international legal practice. He previously worked at various international law firms in London and Dubai, providing legal structuring and compliance consulting to companies in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. He joined TradeNova in 2017 as Chief Legal Officer, responsible for global legal structure and compliance strategy.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Sophie Klein is a German-born international HR expert with 10 years of experience in talent and organizational management for multinational companies in Europe and North America. She previously served as HR Director for various manufacturing and financial institutions in Munich and New York, specializing in executive search, cross-border staff assignments, equity incentives, and cultural integration. Sophie joined TradeNova in 2018 and oversees the platform's HR strategy and global employer compliance across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.
